Grassroots sports clubs list their sponsorship opportunities on SponsorTank. As a sponsor, you can browse clubs by sport, county, and audience size, follow clubs you're interested in, and shortlist sponsorship listings you'd like to explore. When you're ready to proceed, accept the listed price and a deal room opens — a shared space where you and the club agree everything, sign the agreement electronically, and complete payment.

SponsorTank is completely free for sponsors. There are no sign-up fees, no subscription charges, and no commission deducted from sponsors. You pay only the sponsorship amount agreed with the club.

For transparency: clubs pay a small commission to SponsorTank on deals completed through the platform. This is deducted from the club's share and is not passed on to you.

SponsorTank puts all your sports sponsorships in one place — no more scattered invoices or informal handshake deals. Every sponsorship is professionally documented with a signed agreement, and payments are handled securely through Stripe.

For your accounts team, every completed deal includes a downloadable invoice and sponsorship summary — making it straightforward to record sponsorship expenditure for Revenue or your accountant. You can browse clubs anonymously, shortlist opportunities, and only make contact when you're ready.

All clubs on SponsorTank are validated against Sport Ireland's official clubs database. The person managing the club account is identity-verified by Stripe when connecting the bank account for payouts. These steps give you reasonable confidence you're dealing with a bona fide club.

We'd also encourage sponsors to complete deals on the platform rather than off it — the documented agreement and payment trail protects both parties.

Yes. You can send a general message to any club directly from their Club Page. This opens a General Query deal room where you can discuss opportunities informally before committing to a specific listing.

Yes. From your SponsorTank account you can invite clubs to join and manage all your existing sponsorship relationships in one place. Clubs you bring to the platform benefit from a significantly reduced commission rate, reflecting the pre-existing relationship.

When you accept a listing price, a deal room opens. Inside the deal room, you and the club agree the details — artwork specs, deliverables, and payment terms. Both parties sign the sponsorship agreement electronically. Once signed, you pay securely through SponsorTank via Stripe.

Pricing is set by each club for their specific opportunities. You can see the asking price on each listing before making contact — there's no obligation to proceed. SponsorTank does not charge sponsors any fees or commission.

Yes. You'll receive payment confirmation via email for every completed deal. From your account, you can also download a sponsorship report — a PDF summary showing club name, listing, amount paid, and deal date — and a formal invoice PDF from each completed deal. Both are suitable for your accounts team, Revenue returns, or your accountant.
