Yes — listing your club on SponsorTank is completely free. We only earn when you do.

Around 5 minutes. You'll add your club details, online presence, and the details of who's managing the account. Once you hit Go Live, your Club Page is published and discoverable by sponsors straight away.

You have 1 week to add your first sponsorship listing — after that, your page will show a “Listings coming soon” badge until one is published. You can add more detail — branding, photos, and additional listings — at any time.

The person who sets up the account becomes the Club Admin — they control the club profile, manage sponsorship listings, and oversee all deal rooms when sponsors reach out. We recommend a committee member such as a secretary, treasurer, chairperson, or PRO. They'll be asked to confirm they're authorised by their committee to manage the account and enter into sponsorship agreements on behalf of the club.

The Club Admin can invite other club members to handle specific deal rooms — they don't have to manage everything themselves.

The first 20 clubs to complete a sponsorship deal on SponsorTank earn Founding Club status — locking in a 5% commission rate for life, compared to the standard 10%. It's our way of rewarding the clubs who back us early.

Any business registered as a sponsor on SponsorTank can browse and follow your club anonymously. You won't be notified when a sponsor views or follows your club — but you will be able to see view and shortlist counts on each of your listings. You're only notified when a sponsor accepts a listing price and a deal room opens.

Yes. Your Club Page has a Share button — use it to send your profile by email, WhatsApp, or social media. You can also generate a PDF to print and hand out.

If you invite an existing sponsor to SponsorTank, they'll be asked to confirm they're an existing sponsor of your club. Once verified, any deals completed with them attract a reduced 5% commission rather than the standard 10%.

Yes. From your account menu, select Transfer club profile and enter the new admin's details. You'll be asked to confirm the transfer by email before anything is sent to them — so no accidental transfers. Once they accept, they'll complete a brief setup step, and the club profile and all listings remain untouched.

Any sponsorship your club has to offer — jersey sponsorship, pitch signage, event naming rights, digital and social media packages, programme advertising, training gear, match day hospitality, and more. If a sponsor can support it, you can list it.

Sponsors are alerted when clubs that match their filters join the platform. They can then browse your listings and shortlist any that interest them.

There are two ways a sponsor can reach out:

Via a listing: When a sponsor accepts the price on one of your listings, a deal room opens automatically for that opportunity.

Via your Club Page: A sponsor can contact your club directly without a specific listing. This opens a General Query deal room, visible to both parties as a general enquiry.

No — your Club Page goes live as soon as you complete setup. Sponsors can find and follow your club straight away. You then have 7 days to add your first listing, after which your page will display a "Listings coming soon" badge until one is published.

When a sponsor accepts a listing price, a deal room opens. Everything happens inside the deal room — chat, agreeing artwork specs and deliverables, and signing the sponsorship agreement electronically. Payment terms are agreed between you and the sponsor in the deal room and are incorporated into the agreement. Once both parties have signed, the sponsor pays securely through SponsorTank via Stripe.

SponsorTank is free to set up and free to use. We take a standard 10% commission on sponsorship deals arranged through the platform. For deals with sponsors you bring to SponsorTank yourself, commission is reduced to 5%.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect. When a sponsor pays, SponsorTank's commission is deducted automatically and your club receives its share directly to your connected bank account — straightforward and transparent.

Stripe Connect is a secure payment platform used by marketplaces worldwide to handle payments between multiple parties. When you connect your club's bank account during setup, Stripe verifies your identity as the account holder in line with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

When a sponsor completes a payment, Stripe handles the split automatically — your club's share goes directly to your bank account and SponsorTank's commission is deducted at source. You never have to chase a payment or issue an invoice to SponsorTank.

Yes. The Club Admin can invite other club members as Deal Room Members from the My Deal Room Members section of the account menu. Each member gets access only to the deal rooms they're assigned to — not the full club profile or other deal rooms. The Club Admin retains full visibility of everything. Access can be revoked at any time.

Yes. You can invite your existing sponsors to join SponsorTank and manage all your sponsorship relationships in one place. To reflect the pre-existing relationship, deals with sponsors you invite are charged at a reduced 5% commission rather than the standard 10%.
